Pastor Ulises Galvez leads Grace Community Church South Bay with a passion for expository preaching and shepherding the local church. Currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at The Master’s Seminary, he serves with humility and a deep love for Christ’s people.

With over 30 years of faithful ministry, Pastor Carl Hargrove serves as Dean of Students at The Master’s Seminary. He shepherds pastors and church planters through Grace Advance, helping establish gospel-centered churches around the world.
Dr. Kevin Hall
Christian Educator and Theologian
A committed teacher and theologian, Dr. Kevin Hall serves the next generation by training students in biblical truth and sound theology. His heart for discipleship and clarity in doctrine enriches the body of Christ.

Francis Arthur de Jesus, originally from Baguio City, Philippines, has served in pastoral ministry for over seven years.
He was an elder and Youth and Administrative Pastor at his home church for five years before becoming the Lead Pastor of a church plant for two years, prior to beginning seminary in July 2022. He and his wife, Tina, have been married for 18 years and have two sons: Samuel (11) and Nathaniel, who went home to be with the Lord in 2024.
Lord willing, Francis plans to return as Lead Pastor and serve with The Expositor’s Academy, a ministry of The Master’s Academy International, to help train pastors and church leaders across the Philippines.

Professor of Theology, The Master’s Seminary
Dr. Kevin Zuber brings decades of pastoral and theological experience as Professor of Theology at The Master’s Seminary. He is passionate about equipping the church through sound doctrine rooted deeply in the Word of God.
